Vintage Taxco Mexican sterling silver bangle bracelet hallmarked 925 with the maker’s mark TP-104.
This elegant, smooth bangle was handmade in Taxco, Mexico by the respected silversmith Alejandro Plasencia. It features a classic rounded profile with a polished finish and has a nice substantial weight of 31 grams.
Taxco has been Mexico’s premier centre for silver craftsmanship since the 1930s, and pieces by Alejandro Plasencia are sought after by collectors of Mexican modernist and Taxco silver jewellery.
