This is a Dietz King Fire Department lantern. This model has a full nickel plated brass frame. The nickel has worn in spots as you can see, but the frame is one of the nicer ones I’ve seen. No dents, a good candidate to polish up or even re-plate into a real gem! Also looks great as is, so up to the new owner. It appears to be completely operational, ready to light up if you so choose.
