This is a lovely Large Size wood Greek Cross with Bronze Tone Milagros.  The edges have also been hand painted with floral images.  This piece was handmade and hand painted it in Patzcuaro, Michoacán, Mexico.  Milagro is the Spanish word for "Miracle".  There is a metal hook on the back so you can hang it on the wall. 

What a great Gift idea for the devout person in your life or the collector of Fine Mexican Folk Art.
