Pitco CRTE Description

To streamline cleaning and ensure a long lifespan, the tank and cabinet of the Pitco CRTE Solstice™ countertop rethermalizer are constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. It features high-temperature protection to ensure safe operation by automatically disabling the heating circuit if the unit runs out of water and the tank overheats. This unit has a visible temperature display and digital controls that are intuitive to operate.

The Pitco CRTE electric rethermalizer is designed with an integrated drain screen to prevent it from clogging. Its quick-disconnect fitting and front valve enable water to be drained quickly and conveniently to expedite frequent water replacement. This unit has a capacity of 6 gallons.

IF USED EQUIPMENT IS GAS, WATER, 208 VOLTS OR HIGHER, OR 3 PHASE ELECTRICAL, IT MUST BE INSTALLED BY A PROFESSIONAL RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN WHO IS LICENSED IN YOUR STATE. IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE PROOF (I.E INVOICE, WORK ORDER) OF PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION, THEN RETURNS WILL NOT BE HONORED. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
