I have not tested this as I do not have a landline outlet. It is in original packaging with instructions and original receipt it looks like. It does not look like it was used much or at all, but I am selling AS IS because I cannot test it and I’m unsure if it’s in the package with the receipt because the recipient did not like it or because there was an issue with the item.
