Two Versions Available

Please choose from the two options below:

• • • Standard BIX 025 Burner – a classic fixed flame design which fits into Mamod traction engine and roller scuttles and also Mamod steam wagon scuttles. Burner only, scuttle not included.

• • • Adjustable BIX 025A Burner – featuring a sliding flame control cover to regulate heat output. Because of the extra handle on the sliding cover, this burner will not fit into scuttles, but can be used on Mamod stationary engines and other brands. Burner only, scuttle not included.

Compatibility

Bix 025 is suitable for most Mamod wheeled steam models and all Mamod stationary engines. Bix 025A can be used on all Mamod stationary engines. Can also be used on other steam engines, but please check the dimensions before buying to ensure the burner will fit.
