Shipping and handling: Items are packed carefully and shipped same day or next business day after cleared payment.
Items are shipped via UPS Ground, USPS Ground or USPS priority mail. These services are cost effective and have good delivery times.
We accept payments via ebay called ebay payments, but you can pay with most payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, bank accounts and PayPal.

We do business as per Ebay terms and conditions and expect all our customers to follow the same.
In case of returns, items have to be returned in an appropriate time frame and most importantly in same condition as it was delivered to you. If condition is not the same in any way, then we will charge a fee. Most importantly, for new sealed items if items are returned opened then 20% fee will apply.

We accept return for most items up to 30 days after delivery. This does not apply to the items that are sold for parts.

If returns are due to any fault on our end or any issue with the item, we cover all the shipping and handling costs. If return is for any other reason such as you don't like it or found a better price, you can still return it but you will cover both ways shipping and handling. We are a small home-based business so we cannot take free returns.
