Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Trajan right, seen from behind, Genius, naked, standing left, holding patera in right hand and corn-ears downwards in left, Graded NGC AU Strike: 5/5, Surface: 3/5, brushed, marks. Slight damage on the right edge. Unfortunately, few scratches are visible on both sides, perhaps the consequence of the cleaning of the coin, indicated by visible hairlines. However, this coin remains a magnificent example of imperial iconography from the time of Trajan, with the inscription "Optimo Principi" which could be translated as "the best prince" / "the best of princes". This is accompanied by a depiction of "Genius"/"Bonus Eventus", a personification of success, and here we mean the success of what Prince Trajan undertook, pushing the borders of the empire to their greatest extent. Despite a very common representation in Trajan coinage, this specimen is in an excellent state of preservation, with very little wear from circulation., IMP TRAIANO AVG GER DAC P M TR P COS VI P P, S•P•Q•R•OPTIMO PRINCIPI
