“This CAL 31 is a well-equipped, well-cared-for sailboat that’s ready to cruise. Powered by a reliable 13 HP Volvo inboard diesel, the boat is 31 feet LOA and comfortably sleeps five. The interior has been nicely upgraded with teak and holly flooring and LED lighting throughout, giving it a warm, classic feel while maintaining efficiency and functionality. The galley is fully equipped with a Sea Freeze refrigerator/freezer, 110V AC water heater, a gimballed propane two-burner range with oven, and 12V under-cabinet lighting, making it well suited for extended trips or weekends aboard. On deck, the boat is outfitted with quality hardware including Barient 24 self-tailing two-speed winches, a Harken windward sheeting traveler, Schaefer Marine jib furler, Garhauer rigid vang, and a Martec feathering propeller. Ground tackle includes a Bruce anchor with 35 feet of chain and 150 feet of rode, plus a Danforth anchor with 150 feet of rode. The bottom was recently serviced with VC-17 bottom paint in May 2025.
