As the goods are very low cost it arealy incur any other charges and taxes but in a event of charges happened all other cost such as duty or local tax are not included in the postage.

As we are a drop shipping company shipping location is depends on the supplier and we will be informed by the supplier of where and when the goods is shipped from and in which warehouse

As you can see we have sold hundreds from our history and feedbacks, If you suspect a problem with the product please advice us if it is installed by a professional and send us the contact information of  the professional installer, we will call them or email with them to find out what exactly the problem is, alternatively you can also send it back to us we can check it for you , if we found no problem with the unit we will send it back to you at your cost, but the checking is free, if it is found damaged by improper installation , we will quote you for the cost to repair or replace and return it to you at your cost , if it is found defective we will repair or replace a new one  and send it back to you at our cost. Please make sure you send the return details and the address properly and the reason for sending it back 
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it to our warehouse (email us for the address) in its original condition (opened or installed products can not be refunded) and we will refund your purchase price (less shipping and 20 % restock handling cost).
