I'm selling this card as broken, read below for info:

I can't get this card to negotiate a PCI link speed higher than 2.5GT/s.  This means that there is likely a physical problem with the card.  I have concerns about stability so I am selling it off. 

Getting full PCI link speed might be as simple as cleaning the PCIe connector or doing a bios flash, or it may need hardware level repair.  The card is flashed with a vbios enabling the mini-dvi port and a power cap of 178W.
