This is a really nice broadway steam locomotive, with dcc sound. HOWEVER, I cannot get the decoder to respond or do anything, so im assuming the decoder is faulty,.. It will NOT run as-is, however replacing it is fairly simple as its in the tender…. I can even include a normal dcc decoder if wanted…

It has some marks on it (debris, not physical marks) and so will need to be wiped down. It also has dust from being on display.
