FIFA 99 game for Nintendo 64.

The game is complete and includes a reasonable to good condition box, insert tray, leaflet and manual as well as the game cartridge.

The lid, tabs, edges and corners of the box are worn. There is some creasing to the four sides of the box. The left flap and bottom tab are slightly torn. The manual has some wear. There are some tear marks on the front label of the cart (see last photo). The insert tray is a replacement.
