We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days. If your purchase was eligible for Free Shipping, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides, etc.) and show no signs of additional wear or use. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be applied to your original method of payment.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Microphones, Ear Buds and In-Ear Monitors, Harmonicas and Books and Software.

Most packages arrive within 2-5 days.

We use UPS for many items and USPS for smaller items. Residents of Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico should contact us for a shipping quote. We cannot ship large items to PO boxes, please provide an alternate address. If you have questions, feel free to contact us.
