The following post is for a pre-owned a Black 512 GB AMD Ryzen 8840U Aya Neo Flip KB. Upon preparing this Pc for resale, I attempted a factory reset. In the process I encountered a "DPC_WATCHDOG_VOILATION", that left me no choice but to completely re-install Windows 11. As a result, the AYA space Frontend and its features were removed. Though (as the pictures and videos show) it functions fine, being it wasn't restored to its original state I listed it as not working so any potential buyer doesn't have any misguided expectations.  Other than the already mentioned there are finger smudge marks which this model's matte surface is notorious for, this device shows little to no signs of reflective of its 2 years of ownership. I've recovered what I believe to be all necessary drivers for all essential functions but not everything that was originally there. My efforts took me as far as my limited knowledge could and only someone who is more tech Savy and enthusiastic should buy this and continue. This will be considered a "AS IS SALE" and I will not be responsible for anything you do or try once purchased. Let me be clear it (controller, mouse, touchscreen, keyboard, speakers Wi-Fi, so on and so forth) works enough to play games, go on the internet or anything else associated with the normal functions of a windows computer. I'm mostly referring to the lack of any special features in relation to the missing Aya Neo frontend call Aya Space. I will include all the backup files and folders on the hard drive and on a SD card that I've accumulated on the company's support website. All photos and videos show its current state. No games are included. Comes complete with original packaging, box manuals and power supply. Please refer to pictures and condition description for features flaws and specs.
