Antique sculpture of a Saint (unknown) holding the bible. Hand carved wood, probably nutwood. Age is very hard to determine because of the rough finish, perhaps caused by removing paint layers. The sculpture is carved in a gothic style but we date this piece to be an 18th century carving. Height 38 cm. 

Condition: Fair condition, commensurate with age
