I figured out that the XXL GIRLS Old Navy Softest Tees are equivalent to a Women's M and they are also the perfect length with an A-line skirt. Such a nice color combo. Orange and white stripes with a soft pink ringer collar and flattering curved hem. Please note: the white is pure white with no imperfections. This color combo is hard to get the white to pop. 

Pairs well with shorts and even a tennis skirt too, and perfect for summer.

The shirt comes to the top of the waistband (measures approx 21" from shoulder seam to hem) and is nicely fitted with a cute cap sleeve on an adult. The bust fits up to 42" comfortably. The fabric is so soft!
