Brand new old stock. Brand new but has some noticeable card wear,creases & bends. Nothing major but very noticeable flaws. Sting plastic has yellowing and is slightly coming off the card. Lex plastic has dents. I would say it’s in pretty good condition overall considering the age of the item but the flaws is the reason for my slight price drop
