THE UNCANNY X-MEN #186 {OCT 1984 MARVEL}!  EARLY COPPER AGE!  FINE+ CONDITION!  "LIFEDEATH!"  Very clean, bright and shiny covers with no actual creasing, but there is minor to moderate, non-color broken dimpling!  Former owner printed "5th Grade" on the upper right corner of the front cover!  Tight book with very clean staples!  Pages are mostly white to slightly off-white, very smooth and fresh appearing!  No odor!
