I have created a Grading System for clothing articles in order to assist buyers with their purchase.

PLEASE NOTE that this grading system is subjective. It is also advised that buyers examine ALL pictures carefully and make further enquiries if necessary. ALSO NOTE that clothing sizes can sometimes vary from brand to brand. 

Grade A - Mostly brand new and unworn or worn only a couple of times at most.

Grade B - Worn a few times but in very good condition. May show small signs of fading and use. 

Grade C - Worn several times but still in good condition. Will show moderate signs of fading and use.

About Me

I have been a member of eBay for over 17 years and have sold over 1200+ items. I have received 100% positive feedback on 840+ transactions.

I sell only authentic items, most of which are from my personal collection. For most sold items, I can provide proof of purchase or authenticity upon request; however, this is not always possible, particularly when selling older items. Please inform me of any concerns you may have before or after a purchase.

Contact

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or issues following your purchase before eBay is involved or leaving neutral or negative feedback. Most issues can be resolved to the satisfaction of both parties. In most cases, swift refunds will be issued provided I receive the item in exactly the same condition as it was sent.  Buyers who open cases with eBay before contacting me to sort out issues are permanently blocked from all current and future listings once the issue is resolved.

Please inform me of any concerns you may have as soon as possible after receiving your item. This will prevent delays to any refund as late claims are thoroughly investigated, especially when deemed suspicious.

I reserve the right to refuse to sell items to newly set-up eBay accounts or accounts with poor or little to no feedback.

High-Value Items

High-value items are photographed and video-recorded immediately prior to packaging and dispatch to prevent against fraudulent claims. This can include but is not limited to recording batch/identity/serial numbers and marking products in undisclosed areas using a security pen.

Non-Payers  

All non-payers are reported and permanently blocked from all current and future listings, particularly buyers who make bids/offers and fail to make payment or retract offers without a reasonable explanation. 

Inappropriate Messages

Buyers who send abusive or derogatory messages, offer unsolicited financial advice and opinions on the price of items, repeatedly submit very low offers or abuse eBay’s generous returns policy are permanently blocked from all current and future listings.

Postage Prices

I typically use Royal Mail tracked services unless otherwise specified since I consider them to be among the most reliable service providers. I (or eBay) take full responsibility for using the most appropriate service to ensure your item arrives on time and will investigate any issues that may arise during transit.

My postage prices cover insurance and the cost of packaging and materials for all items offered for sale.
