Attached to display board as pictured (Glued and stapled).  Most perimeter staples have been removed.  Please review photos in zoom mode for details.  Has some creasing as pictured.  Some prior liquid damage on bottom left-hand corner as pictured.  I did not attempt to remove from display board since it was glued.  

Will be shipped in flat package.  From a smoke free home.
