Clean IMEI - however these were NOT SCANNED OUT PROPERLY so they will ONLY work on straight talk or tracfone and ONLY if you place an already activated sim card in it - we wont accept returns on thse if you get them and do not understand this

this is on the straight talk or tracfone network - will NOT work with any other network

these will only work if you place an already active sim card in them !  if you HAVE a sim card thats active, place it in the phone , it will work perfectly.
