This is a nice brass railroad conductor’s lantern. I am unsure of the make/model of this one, it is not one I am familiar with off the top of my head. It has a nice quality original globe, and the lantern is complete and in working condition! The only blemishes I can see are one very small stress crack in the brass on the lid (pictured), and a couple very tiny dents on the top (pictured). As you can see, neither of these things is noticeable without pointing them out, and they do not detract from the look or function. If desired, with some polishing, I’m sure this lantern would be a gem! Please check out the pictures and let me know if you have any questions. Check out my other listings for more railroad items.
UPDATE: This is a Dayton Manufacturing, Covington model lantern.
