PLEASE READ---I will NOT be sending offers out.  I have enabled the offer button so you can send me reasonable offers, so that reasonable offers can be considered and accepted.

CONDITION---I have taken plenty of pictures so you are able to see the condition of the cards, worn and bent corners, edges, chipping, surface scuffs, centering, indentions, creases, loss of paper, discoloration.  The condition of the cards is viewed with worn-out senior citizen eyes and without magnification but the camera can see what old worn-out eyes can't see.  I will always try and take multiple pictures of front and back.  I would encourage bidders to use the zoom feature when looking at photos, and to inquire about condition, before bidding in cases of uncertainty, rather than winning the auction and questioning later.  It is always my hope that photos will paint the most accurate picture of the condition of the card for my customer.  Please only bid if you are satisfied that my auction meets your quality expectations. I do not use stock photos.  When you buy this auction, you are getting the item listed in the title.

SINGLES/LOTS---Security tape is used for your protection and my protection.  Security tape prevents tampering and tampering will result in an automatic denial of a return and refund if the card has been tampered with.

GRADED--- Grading is subjective and different graders will often disagree over the grading on a single card. Such a disagreement is not a reason for a requested return.  My responsibility is the delivery of the item advertised; not to guarantee how a graded card will be assessed by a different grading company.  Believe me some of the grading by the top grading companies is getting pretty bad.  I will be listing graded cards from nearly every grading company.  

RCR/SLABBED--- The RCR or slabbed card was visually viewed without magnification and the worn-out eyes of a senior citizen and algin’s up with EBAYS conditional Specs.  Should be easy to relist on EBAY if you ever decided to resell.

PACKS/SETS/BOXES--- The box of cards/set/packs you are bidding on is 4 plus years old.  I am not able to guarantee the condition of the cards in the pack, set or in the box. Occasionally cards will stick together in the packs or sets (called bricking) and sometimes the wax from the wrappers will stick to the cards.  Since I have owned these boxes/sets/packs I have kept them in an air-conditioned home with a dehumidifier.  I will not refund—partially refund ---exchange---or make any concessions regarding cards inside a box/set/pack that we cannot see.

SPECIAL NOTES---I have been an E-BAYER since July 10, 2001.  I owned a shop, did card shows and have been at the Nationals.  I sold my shop location without merchandise and have been a private collector since then.  I will be selling off my entire collection, boxes of sealed wax, packs, raw card reviews, graded, non-graded, memorabilia, game used, autographs, singles, lots, sets---everything.  I will try and list auctions often so please save me as a seller.    

RETURNS & REFUNDS---Placing a bid in my auction demonstrates a commitment to complete the purchase. Any buyer who does not pay for an item will be permanently blocked from bidding on future auctions. I have a NO RETURN POLICY unless a mistake is made and you are sent the wrong item pictured in the auction.  Buyer's remorse is not a valid reason for return. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

SHIPPING DETAILS---I WILL combine shipping for multiple purchases. After your package has been mailed, I try and refund any overage after calculating the cost to package, transport and ship.  The auction will be shipped USPS. US SHIPPING ONLY---I will not ship to Canada.   I will ONLY ship to the address the buyer has listed on their Ebay/Paypal account as I have zero seller protection otherwise.  I usually make trips to the post office twice per week, and I will always provide the tracking number on the auction so that you will know it was mailed and can keep track of the shipping progress.  All single cards will ship in a sealed top loader unless noted otherwise. I will then place the top loader in cardboard and seal again to help keep the card stable during shipping. Graded cards will be shipped with a graded card sleeve.  Loose card lots will be put in a team bag and place between card board.  Shipping will be in a bubble mailer or box depending on the quantity of cards being mailed and or value of cards. All packages are video recorded during packaging regardless of value and all recordings are maintained for at least 6 months.  If there is ever a question about your order I can help you by furnishing to a financial institution and it can be helpful in filling out governmental or legal paperwork. 

PAYMENT TERMS---Payment is due at the end of the auction closure or within one day if bidding on multiple auctions.  I reserve the right to cancel the sale & offer a 2nd chance to the next bidder for non-payment, for poor buyer feedback or a questionable address.
