The box has painted attribution on the underside including Fedoskino one of the most renowned and famous towns producing lacquered box.Additionally and having translated the additional script the title of the image is “By The Fireplace” and the artist V Matveev.It is dated 1999.

The box is hinged and has a red coloured interior.

Condition is excellent with minor scratches to the underside.
