Designed to fit precisely into the factory airbox with an application-specific base seal and sealing bead, the PL-1225 replaces the factory filter element with no modifications required. Its multi-layer woven oiled cotton gauze media, built in a pleated configuration for maximum filtration surface area, delivers increased airflow over the stock filter for a guaranteed gain in horsepower and torque across the RPM range.
