This is an EMD data or specification card given away to the public back in the 1940's and 1950's. This example is for the The Seaboard Air Line Railroad road number 3000. 

I have also taken on a huge project and scanned my entire collection into an archive that I have listed separately.

I will ship this via the USPS for $5.50. I like to put cardboard around my paper products and that adds weight. It also prevents me from using an envelope that the PO runs through their sorting machines (puts nice creases in things).
