Shipping

Orders are usually shipped via UPS, FedEx, FedEx Smartpost*, or USPS within the specified handling time of your specific item. We do not ship on weekends and holidays; "business days" are considered Monday to Friday. Returns

At Motion Media LLC, we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, unless otherwise stated in the Item Condition as "For parts or not working". If you are not satisfied, for any reason simply let us know and we will offer a refund or exchange.

In order to process a return, you must contact Motion Media to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, to ensure proper handling of the return and/or replacement. Products cannot be returned without contacting us. Packages that do not have an RMA number will not be processed.

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.
