This auction is for one Watts LFN250B Water pressure which includes a longer bolt to adjust the pressure for a greater range as needed. I have sold a lot of these over the last few years and a few people have told me that they can only adjust to 50 psi and wanted more, so I included a longer bolt to swap with the bolt installed which easily threads in the top of the regulator for adjustment. This does not have the factory packaging or the paperwork from the manufacturer. Please see the specifications below and/or do an online search for more details. This 3/4 inch lead free water pressure reducing valve is used in residential applications to reduce incoming domestic water pressure to protect plumbing components and reduce water consumption. It consists of a cast iron body with 3/4 NPT female inlet and outlet connections, stainless steel seat, integral strainer, and thermal expansion bypass feature. All parts are quickly and easily serviceable without removing the valve from the line.
