Tested and powers on and all buttons have functionality and change screen settings. No other testing done. Does have some scratches but merely cosmetic. A few of the caps for dials are missing shown in photos. The unit has been secured to the rack piece with some kind of adhesive and I did not try and remove it. I offer free returns with return shipping paid by me if any issues. I have  ordered boxes especially for the rack system electronics I've posted and will be posting. Will be packed with care. Shipping carrier may vary depending on your location but will not take longer only shorter time of arrival. Please ask if there are any questions.
