Should an item fail within the specified warranty period we ask that you notify us directly.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that returned items are packed properly and protected during delivery.
Where possible please pack the unit in the same box used to delivered the item to you.

If the product is found to be damaged due to the Buyer's misuse or as a result of the return shipping process, we will not be liable for the repair. In such cases, a refund will not be issued.
