Condition:  Generally good, adorable two piece set, a few tiny spots, collar seam is loose on back of jacket which is not very noticeable.

When trying to construct an artificial continuous hormonal state in menopause with BHRT you have to create a balance where there is a progesterone dominance in order to keep the lining in the secretory state (similar to the second half of a natural cycle), rather than the proliferative state (similar to the first half of a natural cycle).
