Responsibility

Our items are shipped accompanied by tax receipt. Whoever wishes invoice must request it when ordering, communicating the complete header/company name Tax ID code or VAT number And SDI code, using eBay messaging.

All our products (unless otherwise specified) are strictly official, original, new and inside theoriginal packaging (or original packaging).

  • If the delivery times of the ordered product are delayed compared to those indicated by the platform, Matic Line undertakes to promptly communicate this to the Customer via the platform's messaging.

Reference legislation

The sale is regulated by Italian and European legislation, in particular:

Right of withdrawal and conditions of sale

The right of withdrawal is recognized within 14 days from delivery, as required by theart. 52 of the Consumer Code, but lapses in the following cases:

  • Sealed products that have been opened or used (art. 59 Consumer Code).
  • Customized products or on request.
  • Items subject to rapid deterioration.

Return costs are borne by the buyer, except for proven lack of conformity.

Guarantee and responsibility

  • The products are covered by 24 month legal guarantee of conformity for private individuals and 12 months for companies (art. 128-135 Consumer Code).
  • The seller is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the product.
  • Any complaints must be reported within 8 days of receiving the goods (art. 1495 Civil Code).

  • The Salesperson fulfills the obligation to provide information on the Products with technical data sheets attached to the product for sale, only finished items, not spare parts, pursuant to Consumer Code (Legislative Decree. 206/2005) and of EU Regulation 2019/1020 on market surveillance and product compliance.
  • AND responsibility of the Buyer, which recognizes the essential nature of this obligation, be in possession of the necessary qualifications for correct and safe use of the bft - Ditec - faac - Nice - Roger Products, the intended use being reserved only to professionals in the sector, as established pursuant to Ministerial Decree 37/2008 and of Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
  • In case of private user, by making the purchase you accept the conditions mentioned, in consideration of the technical characteristics that distinguish the bft - Ditec - faac - Nice - Roger products and the related safety requirements envisaged by the EU Regulation 765/2008.
  • THE'private buyer, not having the technical skills for the natural intended use of bft - Ditec - faac - Nice - Roger products, can generate situations potentially dangerous. Therefore, the installation can be done only by professional installers, as required by theArt. 15 of the Legislative Decree. 81/2008 regarding safety at work.
  • THE'professional installer or specialized technician, in possession of adequate skills to guarantee correct installation of the product, must issue the customer a tax document which certifies the actual installation of the purchased product Ministerial Decree 37/2008 and from CEI 64-8 standard.
  • Otherwise, the private customer which does not comply with the above-mentioned requests and generates potentially dangerous situations will not be able to make use of the guarantee on the products indicated, in accordance with Articles 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code, which provide for the forfeiture of the warranty in the event of improper use of the product.

SHIPPING

MATIC LINE ships throughout Italy and the European Community, guaranteeing speed and safety in shipments via express courier. All shipments are made with adequate packaging to guarantee the integrity of the goods during transport.

Shipments take place only after payment has been made. The customer will receive a Tax receipt payment together with the goods. IN CASE OF INVOICE REQUEST, it is mandatory to communicate company data at the time of order, as required by theArt. 22 of Presidential Decree 633/72 and from Directive 2006/112/EC on VAT.

DELIVERY TIMES AND RESPONSIBILITY

Estimated delivery times depend on receipt of payment and destination of the order. Generally, delivery takes place within 24/48 hours for Italy and 3-7 days for Europe, except in cases of force majeure.

Delays in delivery due to strikes, logistical problems or unforeseen courier events cannot be contested, as established by Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

In case of non-receipt of the package, the customer is required to contact us promptly, providing the order number, so that we can carry out the necessary checks with the courier and resolve the disservice as quickly as possible.

Upon delivery, the customer is required to check the integrity of the package. If the package is damaged, it must be accepted with control reserve and reported immediately to the courier, otherwise it will not be possible to request a refund or replacement of the damaged goods, in accordance with the Legislative Decree 286/2005 regarding the transport of goods.

DELIVERY TIMES

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer-consumer (natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity) can exercise the right of withdrawal and withdraw from the contract for any reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must send Matic Line a communication by 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods.

Please note: Customers who purchase with VAT number they can't exercise the right of withdrawal.

CONDITIONS FOR THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

  • The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging, documentation and any accessories).
  • To avoid damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box. Do not apply labels or adhesive tape to the original packaging.
  • The shipping costs for returning the goods are free only in Italy.
  • Matic Line is not responsible for damage or loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

REFUND TO THE CUSTOMER

Any restoration costs for confirmed damage to the original packaging will be deducted from the refund.

Matic Line will reimburse the customer for the amount of the product only, excluding shipping costs, through:

  • Reversal of the amount via EBAY

REFUNDS FOR NON-EU CUSTOMERS

Furthermore, any costs will be deducted from the final refund import taxes.


WHEN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL EXPIRES

The right of withdrawal expires in the following cases:

  • Use, even partial, of the asset
  • Lack of external packaging and/or original internal packaging
  • Absence of integral elements of the product
  • Damage to the product due to causes other than transport

COMPETENT COURT

The purchase contract between the Customer and Matic Line is governed by Italian law. For any dispute theJudicial Authority of Terni, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 1215/2012.
