This unit is complete from a parts standpoint. The face plate, cover, base, laser included all together, The only things not included or available that we can see are the cord for the foot pedal and the screws to assemble the unit.

This unit was labeled as functional when sent for surplus but EHS cuts specific wires to prevent unauthorized use.

This includes the pedal cord and the items I have circled in the pictures. Additionally there is hot glue in the plug for the power cord.
