Bought from a Bottega Veneta boutique in Italy. I have the receipt.

This long Y-shaped necklace is a 2-in-1 accessory: thanks to the miniature slider, it can be worn both on the neck and on the waist, instead of a belt. To make a thin chain, the brand's craftsmen used sterling silver covered with a galvanic layer of 18-karat gold. A small round pendant was made from the same material.
