I listed this book as "good" due to the obvious cover damage but the interior of the book is in great condition. This book was stored in a storage unit for many years therefore there is shelf life. Please look at all pictures (many provided of the flaws), read the description and ask all, if any, questions prior to placing a bid - thanks for understanding :)
