NOTE: This is the Hi-hat controller that comes with the Roland VQD106 V-Drums set and uses the TD-07 cable harness in the set. The FD-9 is packaged differently when in the drum sets versus when sold individually because it doesn't need the same kind of protection when packaged within the large drum set box. If this is to be used with a different sound module a separate inexpensive cable will need to be purchased to connect to your controller.
