Shipping Policy :

    • Upon Order conformation we prepare the order and ship it within 2 to 3 days 
    • We Ship with ICS Courier , CanPar , UPS , Purolator and GLS Courier but not limited 
    • Shipping time to most of the Ontario and Quebec is 2 Business Days 
    • Shipping time across Canada is 2 to 7 Business Days 


Warranty Terms:

    • All Units come with Hardware Replacement Warranty
    • In case of any part failure during the Warranty period, we will supply the replacement part free of charge. this includes shipping to the client .
    • Defective part may need to returned to us , Buyer pay the shipping for returning the defective part to us 
    • Any Battery installed in the Server , WorkStation , Desktop Computer and Laptop is not covered under the hardware Warranty 
    • Transfer of Manufacturer’s Warranty is not included

    • General Wear and Tear Marks , may have scuff mark and scratches
