The BW16 RTL8720DN is a Wi-Fi development board capable of performing wireless network testing and packet injection(Deauth) on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks.

Performance may vary depending on the router’s security configuration. Networks that implement Protected Management Frames (PMF) or newer security standards may limit certain testing functions.

This device is commonly used for wireless security research, network testing, and educational purposes.

Setup Instructions

1. Power the device using the included USB-A to USB-C cable.

2. Wait about 30–60 seconds for the device to boot.

3. Connect to the device’s Wi-Fi network:

SSID: RTL8720dn-Deauther
Password: 0123456789

4. After connecting, open a web browser and go to:

         192.168.1.1

5. From the web interface you can:

• Scan nearby 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks

• View detected access points and clients

• Configure packet testing settings

• Adjust frame rate and delay settings for testing purposes

For best results, users should adjust frame and delay settings depending on the target network configuration.
