They now arrive on set alternate weekdays, and this service does not include tracking, which can result in small delays or gaps in updates. Your item will still be dispatched the same or next working day and will arrive as soon as Royal Mail completes their next delivery round.

As a business seller, I accept 30 day returns in line with eBay`s policy. Because Bitty Pops are miniature 1inch figures, returns made due to purchasing the wrong size may require the buyer to cover return postage. All returns must be sent back in the same condition received.
I personally take all parcels to the post office to ensure fast dispatch. Royal Mail may occasionally take longer to deliver, which is outside my control once posted. Please allow a couple of extra days if your item is running late.
