Vintage Late 1970s I.W. Harper 86-Proof KY Bourbon Whiskey 1.7 Fl. Oz. Mini Bottle!

ESTATE FIND! Here’s a nice old collectors nip, or airplane sized mini bottle. It is an empty IW Harper Gold Medal Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, 86-proof. Distilled in Louisville, Kentucky by the I W Harper Distilling Company.

Although the base is not embossed with the production date, the top of the bottle is embossed with both 1.7 FL OZ and 50 ML - these unusual markings suggest a late 1970s date, as the U.S. was transitioning to the metric system.

Topped with a screw-off cap, it measures 4 1/2 inches tall.

Original red Federal tax strip remains over the top, and it is also stamped I. W. HARPER BOURBON.

Nice vintage preowned condition, with some minor wear, as shown. Selling as-is.
