The 2.4GHz WiFi antenna is housed in a UV protected rugged Fiberglass enclosure to provide maximum protection against extreme weather conditions. It features a N-type connector and sleeve that will not oxidize. This antenna is great for the mesh network because it is an omni-directional antenna which radiates in all directions.
It is 99% efficient at the resonant point and 75% or better at the band edges. A huge advantage is the height allows for a larger capture area in which you will receive a stronger signal because of the stacked multiphase element.
Included is a heavy duty, stainless steel mounting bracket for pole mounting.
