I tried a new meal company, and the frozen meals were shipped in this re-useable container for you to ship out any cold items/Frozen/Perishables.  

The interior comprised of 1" thick Styrofoam sent in a cardboard shipping box that can be re-used.   

Interior measurements are 20"L x 14"w x 9.50"deep
Exterior measurements are 22"L x 16"w x 12"deep

Cooler/Box also comes with 2 additional bags, 1 is a clear bag and the other bag is a silver keep cool bag to assist in keeping the contents cold/frozen

I will also include 2 Dry Ice stickers (see picture) that you can apply to the outside of the container when you ship so whomever is receiving the package is aware that there is dry ice in the cooler if you choose to ship it that way.

If you don't like dry ice or is not readily available, I have frozen water in triple sealed freezer bags and then sealed them in a food saver bag to ensure the contents stay intact inside the cooler with 3-4 days shipping. Dry Ice is the way to go through.... much lighter and lasts longer in my opinion.

Don't spend a fortune on an expensive cooler, use this re-useable cooler that will not be missed plus allows the receiver an opportunity to re-use it as well. Your cooler will contain various children's books, novels, reading materials to allow to be shipped USPS media mail which is a substantially more affordable shipping method. You may decide to keep the reading materials or you can donate to your local charity.
