Comes as Pictured. Open Box Spark Catch illuminated Blue Light Baseball. According to instructions comes with a commemorative coin in box, but there is no coin included. I used a nickel to open cover to install battery. Just a few small marks on ball. Was not used to play catch. See photos of the actual ball when turned on.
