This is Rawlings mini batting helmet autographed by Baltimore Orioles and Texas Rangers legend Rafael Palmeiro. Palmeiro has signed this Orioles mini helmet in black and has added the inscription "569 HR’s." The helmet was signed at the February 2023 Legends & Stars Batavia Sports Expo in Batavia, NY. It comes affixed with a WITNESSED, serial numbered sticker and matching Certificate of Authenticity from JSA.
