What I consider to be a very high grade but please look at the photos yourself.  I am the original owner who bought it off the shelf the week it came out and it was immediately bagged/boarded and boxed away. The original plastic wrap it came in is included-- not sure if it's worth anything but here it is.

Please evaluate the book's condition from the pictures provided. I am not a professional grader but would be happy to provide additional photos or answer any questions you may have.

If you are a US buyer and win this auction please contact me so I can invoice you manually. You may get told by eBay that I don't ship to the US but this is a bug from these last two weeks from what I believe is changes made by UPS' system. It has been fixed but I can't revise my current auctions. I anticipate the shipping to be close to $35 CAD with UPS including their maximum insurance if  you are in the 48.  Sorry for the pain!
