Offered for sale is this vintage 1966 Color Magic Barbie doll, one of the most iconic and innovative dolls produced by Mattel.

Based on the dark scalp, this appears to be the brunette version (Color Magic Barbie was issued in both blonde and brunette variations).

Included with this doll are several original accessories:

• Original one-piece diamond print swimsuit
• Tie belt and matching headband
• Gold bobby pin
• One green hair ribbon
• One turquoise shoe
• Opened packets of Color Magic solutions “A” & “B”
• Three original related booklets

Condition:
Barbie appears to be in excellent vintage condition. All joints are intact and fully functional, including arms, neck, and legs with working knee bends. She has no cracks, splits, or missing parts, and retains a full head of hair with no missing plugs. Her makeup and nail polish are fully intact.

There is some color variation, with the arms and legs appearing darker than the torso (possibly age-related or surface soiling). A small pinkish spot is present on the left shoulder.

The swimsuit was removed for photography and appears to have been rarely, if ever, taken off.

As a previously loved doll stored for decades, she may benefit from gentle cleaning to enhance display appearance.
