What is a PRE-ORDER/PRE-SALE?

A PRE-ORDER/PRE-SALE will be noted as such with the first words in the title and in the description.

• pronunciation—pre·or·der /pr ôrd r/  
• verb: pre-order—order (an item of merchandise) before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later. 
• noun: pre-order an order for an item that has not yet been made commercially available.

Terms: These items are secured specifically for you upon purchase. We guarantee shipping within 40 business days of purchase, adhering to eBay's Presale Policy.

DO NOT place an order for a PRE-ORDER/PRE-SALE item to later attempt to cancel the order. It will NOT be canceled.

PRE-ORDER/PRE-SALE Cancellation Policy: Because these items are ordered or reserved specifically for you, cancellations are highly discouraged. In accordance with eBay policy, if a cancellation is granted, you WILL be charged the maximum amount in fees and restocking charges to cover the cost of securing the item.

• We apologize for the error! MESSAGE US through eBay to start the return process.
• Initiate a return through your Purchase History using the reason "Wrong item sent."
• Please include photos of the item, UPC/MPN, and the entire package it arrived in.
• Retain the original shipping box for return; avoid damaging it. DO NOT use damaged packing that will further damage the return.
• The item must be returned in the same condition it was received to receive a full refund.
• As per eBay policy, returns that are damaged, used, or altered by the buyer may be subject to a deduction from the refund.

• Retain all packaging: Please keep the original shipping box, packing materials, and the damaged item. Carriers (USPS/UPS/FedEx) often require this for inspections. If your order was delivered via standard carrier and you received a damaged item, MESSAGE US via eBay messaging immediately.
• Provide Photos: Please send us clear photos of the damage to the item, the item packaging, and the exterior shipping box.
• Do Not Repair: Please do not attempt to repair or alter the item, as this may void the ability to file a claim.
• Freight Delivery: If delivered by a freight carrier, please inspect the item thoroughly before signing the Bill of Lading. If damage is found, note it on the BOL before signing.
• Time Sensitivity: Please notify us of any damage or manufacturer's defect(s) immediately upon receipt so we can submit a claim quickly. Failure to notify us in a timely manner will only further delay the claim.
• Return Process: In all cases of shipping damage, you will be asked to hold the items for inspection and provide photos and documentation.​

• Cancellation requests must be submitted through the formal eBay transaction process, NOT via email, to ensure they are processed.
• We make every attempt to honor cancellation requests; however, they are not guaranteed once payment is processed and the order enters our fulfillment system.
• We are typically unable to honor cancellation requests once payment is in processing. 
• If the item has already been processed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order.
• Please ensure your purchase is final before placing your order to avoid cancellation issues.

• Returns: We do not accept returns for buyer remorse (change of mind).
• Procedure: If a return is approved, it must be returned in the original condition.
• DO NOT return items without an RMA NUMBER and a return address from us.

​FRAUDULENT RETURNS 

Return fraud is defined as a customer (or buyer, in terms) misusing or taking advantage of a seller's or platform's return policy. By doing so, they are defrauding the seller.

• We adhere to eBay’s seller protection policies.
• Fraudulent returns (such as returning a different item, empty boxes, or intentionally damaging items) are considered return abuse.
• We document all outgoing items, including serial numbers and package weights.
• Any fraudulent activity is formally reported to eBay, and legal action may be taken to recover losses.
• Items must be returned in the exact condition they were received.

Note: eBay reported back on 02 Sep 2022, at 21:54 it had suspended well over 54,000 buyer accounts that were in breach of eBay policy and had protected the seller performance ratings of over 60,000 sellers.

RETURNS, APPROVED (by Us, eBay, or PayPal)

• All approved returns must include a copy of the original order confirmation and return packing slip with our RMA paperwork as proof of purchase for return.
• Buyer will pay for both our original and return shipping costs to our warehouse.
• Returns received at our warehouse without an RA number will be assessed a 15% processing fee plus the original cost of S&H that will be deducted from any credit due.
• Any return shipped to a wrong address will be the responsibility of the buyer.

​DISCONTINUED, SEASONAL, HOLIDAY DECOR, NON-REFUNDABLE, CLOSEOUT, AND CLEARANCE ITEMS

• ALL SALES FINAL. Due to the nature of these items (seasonal/closeout/clearance), no returns are accepted.
• Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing to ensure 100% satisfaction.

EXCHANGE POLICY

• We no longer process manual or direct product exchanges.
• To exchange an item, please return the original item through the standard eBay return process for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.
• We cannot hold inventory for future order placement.
• This return-and-repurchase method is the fastest way to get your desired item and ensures all transactions are protected by eBay.
• Orders are processed and dispatched immediately; therefore, we cannot process exchanges via email.
