This covers items that arrive damaged in transit or develop a hardware problem within 365 days of receipt, entitling you to repair, replacement (subject to stock), or a full RTB refund if repair/replacement is not possible. This warranty does not cover software or download issues, third-party repairs, user damage, or modified items—it applies to hardware failures only. Warranty begins on the day the item is received.
