Combined functions. UD505 X is a versatile audio device that combines a digital to analogue converter (DAC), preamplifier, and headphone amplifier in one unit. Also Bluetooth into your system.

The UD ‘X’ is a newer model (launched 2021) with ESS chipset, improved analogue output & 4.4 pentakon balanced jack.

It offers two channels and a range of audio inputs including digital coaxial RCA, USB, and digital optical in.

With audio outputs for RCA and a headphone jack, it provides a convenient and high-quality solution for improving the sound quality of your audio system.

As you can see from photos, the UD X fits into similar midi sized system as per TEAC. I’ve also used it alongside full sized decks to upgrade and update on my more vintage CREEK audio system.

Built like a ‘tank’ this is a high quality unit. Weighs just over 4kilos.
